Every wonder what Durham would be like if youth under 18 had a voice? Ever wonder how much more engaging and interesting a Candidate Forum could be if it was run entirely by young people themselves? If Durham’s Mayor & City Council candidate knew what issues are most important to youth in Durham?

Come to the all youth-led Kids Voting Durham Youth Candidate Forum on Wednesday, October 18 from 6-8:30 pm at Durham School of the Arts, meet the candidates that want to be Durham’s Mayor & City Council, and find out how fun and interesting a candidate forum can actually be! In addition to the Candidates for Mayor & City Council, there will be food & prize drawings for gift cards from local businesses!

All are welcome at this Forum, but only youth get to ask questions and interact with the candidates.
