Since 2000, Kids Voting Durham has been providing our communities youth with opportunities for civic education and engagementas well as an opportunity to voteon the same issues and candidates as adults on Election Day.  We serve Durham’s 35,000 public school children, as well as thousands more from charter schools, private schools, and youth groups.  We support many Durham teachers in most elementary, middle, and high schools.

Kids Voting Durham’s work is made possible by sponsors, organizations that adopt polling sites, and many volunteers from all parts of Durham County.
